Being
a family of five, hotels don't really give us the flexibility and freedom of an
apartment or villa, so we have spent most of our recent vacations in properties
like yours
and we always try our best to look
after them and leave them as we found them. Your apartment was certainly one of
the best equipped we have ever rented (THREE TVS!!!),
the beds were very comfortable,
everything worked beautifully and we really enjoyed our stay. I will certainly
recommend you to anyone I know who is considering a holiday in New York.
The
beautiful spring weather seems to have found its way "across the pond" to England.
It was cold and miserable when we got back, but today it is feeling more like
New York!

the October Bank holiday and stayed for four nights,
we were very happy with
this apartment as it it had three double beds and two bathrooms which was a great
help as we had five adults was
perfect for us as it was only 15 Min's from
central park and about 20 Min's from the Rockefeller centre and from here we got
the hop on hop
off bus which is a great way to see the city. property was
clean and the doormen were very helpful. we would recommend this property for
families as you are all together and you can come and go as you like and you

York. The weather was bracing and good for walking.
Your list of restaurants
was inspired and we tasted a different cuisine each evening.
Galleries, shopping
and a show; we did it all. The flat was marvellous and very central.
We used
the subway and managed to lose our way on several occasions; ate at the Italian
on 57th and the French Bistro round the corner as well as the best burger
place in town;
and others. On our return to East Midtown drank in PJ Clarke's.
All in all, we all had a great holiday. I hope all is well with you.

couldn’t have been better!
I had “some” worries before I arrived
BUT my friends and I loved the place, great location,
marathon went very well
(no rain/snow, walking in Central Park... how can you beat that?),
Saturday,
pre-race dinner at Tavern on the Green with Aretha Franklin next door celebrating
her birthday, etc. We just had a great time and the apartment certainly added
to it.
My friends are hinting that I start on NEXT year reservations…same
time, definitely same place!!

On
a recent family visit to NYC we rented a furnished apartment on 57th Street through
Monica Dalton.
It was a great visit. From my initial contact with Monica the
entire experience was superb!
Monica was like have our own private concierge.
She is knowledgeable in the local area and
is willing to share her tips. We
experienced restaurants that we would never have found on our own.
The apartment
was huge and meticulously clean. It was better than booking a suite in a hotel.
The bathrooms had been updated and were gleaming. We were able to get around
the city
with ease taking in a comedy show, a Rangers hockey game as well
as several museums.
The most fantastic shopping is right at your doorstep.
There is nothing like an early morning stroll
to Central Park before the crowds.
I would recommend Monica Dalton Real Estate to anyone
and can't wait to rent
from her again.
